You’ll provide your basic information, ID, and pay a $50 background fee (credited toward your placement fee upon approval).
Step 2:
Background Check & Review
Once your payment clears, our team will run your background through Checkr, reviewing for safety and placement compatibility... not to disqualify you for past history.
You’ll receive an email update within 24–48 hours.
Step 3: Placement Approval & Payment
If approved, you’ll receive your approval email with your placement fee balance (minus your $75 credit) and your next-step links for lease signing and move-in scheduling.
*All approvals are placement-based and depend on current home availability.
Step 4: Compatibility & Lifestyle Check
After approval, complete our Compatibility & Lifestyle Check (embedded on this page) so we can match you with the most comfortable and supportive home environment.
This helps us align roommates, home schedules, and comfort levels.
Step 5:
Lease Signing & Move-In
Once your placement fee and first month’s rent are received, you’ll be sent a digital lease to sign and your move-in details (address, check-in time, Wi-Fi, and key code).
* Residents who prepay their first month’s rent receive 6 weeks free.
